The Sea Lion Cove is two efficiency suites located right on the beach of the famed Homer Spit on the second floor of the Sea Lion Gallery. Each unit features the following amenities;

• Outdoor deck with grand views of the ocean, glaciated mountains and volcanoes
• Full bath (South unit has a jetted tub)
• Queen bed and "Full" size Futon, sleep up to Four adults Kitchenette with dining area
• Microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker
• Kitchen utensils
• TV and phone

Rates

• North unit $145 and South unit $155 per night for single or double occupancy
• $20 per person per night charge for extra people
• In addition Homer has a 7.5% sales tax
• Off season rates are North unit $105 and South unit $105 per night and apply from September 30 until Friday of Memorial day weekend.

Location
We are easy to find at 4241 Homer Spit Road (not for mailing!). It is the fourth boardwalk on the right as you drive out on the Spit Road.

After a reservation is made
You will be mailed a receipt and a confirmation letter that explains how to find us, check-in times and other details.

Cancellation options
Outside of one week there will be a 90% refund of your deposit. Inside of one week there will be no refund, unless we can rent the same unit for the same night(s), then there will be a 90% refund.
